SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders that include a stringing service require an additional 1–2 business days before shipment.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes for carriers other than USPS, and we do not accept international orders at this time.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the carrier's live rates for your address, the weight of your order, and the service you select. Available services:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — typically 3–6 business days
  • UPS Standard — typically 3–5 business days
  • FedEx Ground — typically 3–5 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Priority Overnight — next business day where available

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins after the order has been processed and does not include the processing time above.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be treated as a post-shipment cancellation under our Return & Refund Policy, and a restocking fee will apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact your local carrier facility first. BadBuddy is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photographs of the item, the outer box from all sides, and the shipping label. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full procedure.
