OVERVIEW

This website is operated by BadBuddy, a badminton specialty retailer located at 5352 N Irwindale Ave, Irwindale, CA 91706, United States. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and availability accurately. Actual colorways may vary slightly from photographs due to screen differences and manufacturer production batches. Where a manufacturer changes a specification without notice, the specification supplied by the manufacturer governs.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. If you find an error in a product listing, please tell us and we will correct it.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Payment must be received prior to the acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. The total price, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown before you confirm your order.

6. STRINGING SERVICES

Stringing services are performed in-house by trained staff. BadBuddy is not liable for racket damage that occurs during stringing where the racket has pre-existing structural damage or defects, or where the customer requests a tension above the manufacturer's stated maximum. Customers are advised to inspect their rackets before submitting them for stringing. Because a strung racket is made to your specification, stringing services are final sale.

7. BRAND RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORIZED DEALER STATUS

BadBuddy is an authorized dealer for the following brands, under written agreement with each manufacturer or their appointed distributor:

  • Li-Ning
  • Hundred
  • Chaopai
  • Aeroplane

We also stock genuine products from other badminton manufacturers, including but not limited to Yonex and Victor. These are authentic goods sourced through legitimate supply channels and lawfully resold under applicable United States law.

BadBuddy is not an authorized dealer of, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any brand not listed above. Where we sell products of a brand for which we are not an authorized dealer, manufacturer warranty coverage may be available only through that brand's own authorized dealer network. If manufacturer warranty coverage is material to your purchase, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what coverage applies to the specific item.

8. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BadBuddy name, logo, site text, original photography, and site design are the property of BadBuddy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All other trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, and product images appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify and describe the products we sell, in a nominative and descriptive manner. Their appearance on this site does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the trademark owner, except where we have expressly stated authorized dealer status in Section 7 above.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BadBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully waived.

10. RETURNS, SHIPPING, AND PRIVACY

Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms of Service and are published on this site before purchase. Please read them in full before placing an order.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
