The insole that came in your court shoes is usually a thin foam liner. Replacing it is the cheapest way to make a pair of shoes feel better and last longer, and it is the first thing we suggest when someone tells us their feet ache after two hours on court.

WHAT IT DOES

• 3D anti-slip surface — stops your foot sliding inside the shoe on lunges and direction changes. Less sliding means less fatigue and fewer blisters.
• Cushioned heel — absorbs landing shock on jump smashes and deep lunges.
• Anti-microbial treatment — this is what makes it the Pro. Keeps the insole from turning into the smell in your bag.
• Breathable, quick-drying build — keeps the footbed from staying damp between sessions.

SPECIFICATIONS

PICKING A SIZE

Order the same size as your shoe. If you are between the sizes we stock, take the next size up — insoles can be trimmed down at the toe along the printed guide, but they cannot be made longer. Bring your shoes in and we will check the fit with you.

COMPARED TO THE VENTCOMFORT

Our other Hundred insole, the VentComfort, is the ventilation-focused option. The Steady Soft Pro adds the anti-microbial treatment and a firmer anti-slip surface. If you play three or more times a week, or your shoes come home damp, take the Pro.
